The king suite was a game-changer with 5 pillows! The shower was spacious and had great water pressure. The towels were so soft and comfortably fit around me. I also appreciated the various amenities available to us.

We enjoyed drinks at the Bunker Club and danced the night away at Dream Nightclub. The hotel was super clean and really close to lots of places to eat. Check-in was effortless and made our stay a breeze.

the king room was huge, clean, and super comfy. it had a hairdryer, radio, and a TV with lots of channels. the fitness center was great for a quick workout. breakfast had fresh fruit and nice coffee. location was perfect, close to shops and eateries.

Attending a family function, we booked a one-night stay in a King Room. The experience was marred by poor customer service. the front desk staff was unhelpful and unkind, leading to confusion over our reservation. I ended up having to leave without a room after I was informed there was no existing reservation despite having confirmation. A frustrating end to what we had anticipated would be a pleasant visit.
